The new minimum wage will be set at 4,300 PLN gross per month. This is the second increase in the minimum wage in Poland this year, as in 2024 the process was conducted in two stages:
The hourly rate will also see a rise, and will be set to 27.60 PLN.
While the decision to increase the minimum wage was influenced by several factors, its primary objective is to provide fair compensation to lower-income workers. This adjustment is part of the government's ongoing efforts to improve the living standards of its citizens in the face of the rising cost of living and other inflationary pressures affecting the economy.
