You better hope you do, as English remains the most widely spoken language in Poland's BPO/SSC industry. It’s also often the unofficial company language, that is to say, most of the following communication takes place in English:
With a large pool of proficient (at least B2 level) English speakers, Poland has become a favored destination for customer support, financial services, and IT outsourcing. That is the good news.

That being said, there are significant differences between the earning potential different languages can offer you. English-only speakers will earn the least, people with Spanish or Italian more, German or French speakers – more still, and Dutch and Scandinavian languages will have the greatest positive impact on your bank account.
Apparently, going Dutch pays off in more ways than one.
