Top Employers 2017 – who to work for in Poland?

The Top Employers Polska programme aims to provide labour market participants with a list of employers that take extra care of their employees. The best ones are awarded a certificate which is valid for one year only – after this time, they need to prove their excellence from the scratch. The whole process renders the survey reliable and up-to-date for those following its results. On top of that, top employers are motivated to enter the survey and raise the bar year by year.

Top Employers Institute has been certifying workplace conditions for over 25 years, operating worldwide in 116 countries. This year, the gala event was accompanied by a discussion on business transparency, and was topped with presenting 43 organisations that deserve recognition in Poland.
