Your role
Are you a well-organized, detail-oriented multitasker? Do you know how to make sure things run smoothly? We are looking for someone like that who can coordinate different business management projects and provide administrative support to senior managers in Business Risk Services (BRS) function.
You will:
• support BRS and other key stakeholders in planning, quantifying and implementing their strategic initiatives and monitoring their progress
• prepare reports, presentations for senior management
• carry out ad-hoc financial analysis as requested by senior management
• coordinate ongoing and new business management projects
• manage the consolidation, review and maintenance of core business documentation
• contribute to regular management updates
Your team
You will be working in the multi-functional, global Business Risk Services (BRS) team located in Wroclaw and Zurich which is part of Global Wealth Management Switzerland & International (GWM S&I) business division. BRS provides best in class, effective and efficient risk management support, regulatory implementation and defined front office mandates which enable GWM S&I to deliver on its client promise/value proposition.
UBS GWM S&I provides comprehensive financial services to wealthy private clients around the world – except those served by Global Wealth Management Americas. UBS is a global firm with global capabilities, and wealth management clients benefit from the full spectrum of UBS’s global resources.
This role will provide you with valuable opportunities for collaboration with wide range of stakeholders across the GWM S&I, Subject Matter Experts from our risk organization as well as other functions like HR or Finance.
Your expertise
• university degree with a focus on economics, finance or project management
• min. 2 years of corporate experience in similar or administrative/coordination role, ideally in a finance industry
• proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• structured work approach, with attention to deliverable, risk and time management
• strong team work, stakeholder engagement, and cross-cultural skills
• eager to learn, highly motivated to work in a global, matrix organization
• methodical, diligent and detail-oriented
• committed to delivering high-quality output in a timely manner
• able to adapt your communication and working style to different corporate audiences
• fluent in English (written and spoken), German language will be a plus
