About the role:

The Product Data Expert acts as the analytical engine by analyzing data from different angles and delivering KPI reporting. Ensures that (global) procedures are up-to-date and ways of working are communicated properly. The Product Data Expert facilitates the knowledge exchange between different functions. The Product Data Expert represents the department in multifunctional projects or can lead such projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure coordination and harmonization of processes.
• Define and maintain processes, procedures, tools, databases, and plant capabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement and harmonization initiatives related to processes and tools.
• Analyze systems and define improvement and harmonization actions, e.g. act as System Power User for SAP, Salesforce, Product Catalog.
• Analyze and deliver KPI reporting. Generate, analyze, and share reports
• Provide data support for Product Experts regarding specific requirements and set-up of products/recipes for all production plants. Inform Product Experts about changes in the way of working.
• Promote information and knowledge sharing with others and ensure a simple and concise communication of complex matters.
• Manage changes related to product & packaging.
• Interact with Master Data to ensure proper maintenance of SAP and salesforce.
• Act as Product Data and Recipe Expert to ensure data consistency during SAP integration projects.

About you:

• Bachelor/Master Degree in Business Administration or Food Science or similar.
• 5+ of experience in a similar position, experience in the food industry will be considered as a plus.
• Fluent in the English language. Asset if fluent in additional languages.
• Outstanding project management & stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of business software (Office, Salesforce, SAP, etc).
• Strong skill set in data analysis and business intelligence.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
