Recruiter with German and Italian

Your responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, hiring managers, and candidates
- Source candidates through various channels and manage talent pipelines effectively
- Partner with hiring managers to create tailored recruitment strategies that align with business goals
- Handle administrative tasks with systematic time management and ensure accuracy in all processes
Our requirements
- Fluent German (C1 or above) and good Italian (B2 or above) – both written and spoken
- Working knowledge of English for daily communication
- French is a plus, but not mandatory
- A strong Customer Service Mindset, prioritizing stakeholders and candidates alike
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team player
- Fast learning and excellent communication skills to adapt quickly and interact effectively
- A track record of efficient time management, meeting deadlines, and handling assignments proactively
- High proficiency in MS Office applications
