HEINEKEN to hire 400 new employees in Cracow

As one of the leaders in the business services market, Cracow is home to nearly 98,000 people employed in 273 business service centers located in the city.

Moreover, forecasts for 2024 indicate further growth in this area. According to the ABSL report, the number of employees in BPO/SSC centers in the area is expected to exceed 105,000 this year.

The plans of Cracow’s HEINEKEN are no less ambitious – the company aims to exceed the 2,000-employee headcount by the end of 2024. The center's business areas include mainly finance, digital technology, supply chain, transformation, and support functions. Working in 17 different languages, the HEINEKEN Global Shared Services experts support the HQ as well as all operations on the European markets.
