Responsibilities:
- Design the corpus framework for voice assistant according to product requirements
- Define the rules of text writing for native speakers and testers, to ensure the german corpus covers all kinds of utterance
- Analyze the causes of ASR&NLU failure(include pronunciation issues, grammar issues, semantics issues)
Requirements:
- Major in Applied Linguistics, proficient in grammar, semantics, pragmatic structure analysis methods
- Ability to design text with different syntactic structure; NLP base is preferred
- Knows very well language grammar features
- Able to label argument roles of language utterance exactly
- Good at least in one of these skills: know well of natural language processing, know well of some open-source corpus like wordnet, framenet, propbank, etc., know well of some grammar or semantics analysis methods, like formal language theory by Chomsky, case
- Proficiency in English and German or Italian
