Junior Procurement Analyst

with Russian

What will You do:

Support the standard transactional procurement activities for our customers while delivering superior customer service
Accurately and effectively provide process and transaction support in accordance to defined procedures to customers team members professionally and in a timely manner
Provide excellent customer service through help desk support and direct customer contact
Independently resolve basic customer related inquiries and issues
Effectively escalate complex issues as appropriate
Assist on special team projects as needed

What we expect from You:

Fluent English (C1)
Fluent Russian (C1)
High accuracy and focus on details.
Ability to work analytically in a problem solving environment as well as ability to plan, organize and perform work in accordance with the targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills written and oral MS Office Excel skills
