What will you do?
- Be an integral part of processing purchase requisitions into purchase orders and follow up the purchase order to completion
- Provide trusted advice to the Clients employees on any part of the end to end source to pay process
- Deliver operations on the highest level and within agreed timelines and quality targets
- Investigate and resolve complex issues across the contract to pay processes
- Actively take part in initiatives focused on improvement of the efficiency of the existing processes
- Recommend updates to procedures and user s guide process improvements optimization opportunities where applicable feasible
What we expect from you?
- English B2, Russian C1 level (Spanish B2 will be an asset)
- Very strong ownership and responsibility for the assigned activities
- Ability to work analytically in a problem solving environment
- Positive and target oriented approach
- Eagerness to develop knowledge and skills in the areas of accounting and process management
- Excellent communication written and oral and interpersonal skills
