Responsibilities:
- collaborating with the external payroll provider to ensure the accurate execution and timely completion of payroll transactions,
- managing ex-pat payroll with support of external partners,
- cooperating with other internal teams (Finance, HRIS, Benefits etc.),
- managing absence, sickness, accident and other leave claims,
- supporting preparing of financial statements and tax audits,
- preparing job references, HR letters and employment contracts,
- answering employees’ questions about Workday, payroll and HR policies.
Requirements:
- very good English and German (at least B2),
- min. 2 years of experience in Payroll,
- previous experience with Workday and SAP would be a great asset,
- ability to work independently in a time-sensitive environment,
- very good communication and analytical skills.
