Responsibilities:

• collaborating with the external payroll provider to ensure the accurate execution and timely completion of payroll transactions,
• managing ex-pat payroll with support of external partners,
• cooperating with other internal teams (Finance, HRIS, Benefits etc.),
• managing absence, sickness, accident and other leave claims,
• supporting preparing of financial statements and tax audits,
• preparing job references, HR letters and employment contracts,
• answering employees’ questions about Workday, payroll and HR policies.

Requirements:

• very good English and German (at least B2),
• min. 2 years of experience in Payroll,
• previous experience with Workday and SAP would be a great asset,
• ability to work independently in a time-sensitive environment,
• very good communication and analytical skills.
