Responsibilities:

• Run reports on usage across customers globally to identify true-ups or new revenue opportunities.
• Approved part numbers and prices for Enterprise Customers based on the level of agreements and services aligned with the sales team and Partners.
• Work closely with the sales team and participate in internal customer meetings and calls where applicable to discuss licensing andamp; usage.
• Work with the Business Intelligence and stakeholders on ways to improve use verification andamp; compliance on agreements migrations or new agreements.
• Meet and take responsibility for all business SLAs related to Renew on time all assigned agreements.
• Maintain ongoing documentation for internal sale teams, especially for Government customers.
• Train other users on best practices around compliance and use verification processes.
• Identify manual processes for improvement and automation, assist in developing and executing test plans on new functionality.
• Analyze project requirements for renewal or growth, determine optimal outcomes based on the customer need to send final proposals as part of sales operations support.
• Communicate status regularly with stakeholders and executive sponsors.
