Order to Cash Analyst with Portuguese (hybrid from Gdańsk/Warsaw or remotely)
What will you do?
As Order to Cash Analyst with Portuguese you'll be responsible for:
- Management of Product & Distribution Complaint
- Returns Processing
- Delivery Management
- Customer Master Management
- Customer Order Intake and Processing
- Order Errors / Exception Management
- Order Validation
- Performing Billing & Invoicing
- Verbal and written communication with B2B Customers
- Support of the hotline for business clients
What do we expect?
- Must have: at least 1-2 years of experience in Order To Bill, Order Management, Customer Service (with Order Management), or Order To Cash
- Fluent English skills both in the spoken and written form, plus minimum C1 degree of competence in Portuguese
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills and ability to maintain professional business contact
- Ability to prioritize, analytical skills, can-do attitude and ability to multi-task
- Preferably a university degree or equivalent, especially with main focus on Administration or Supply Chain Management
- Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office Excel
