Junior Cash Collector with Arabic and English
What would be Your key responsibilities:
- Collect and recover customer receivables and debt in a timely manner
- Ensure cash collection activities meet the requirements of the client by reducing debt aging, maximizing cash collection and collecting high quality dispute information
- Investigate and review credit risks involving customers and suppliers
- Reflect the status of credit and collection activities on regular basis
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients
What we expect from You:
- Willingness to work in a hybrid mode (50/50) in Warsaw office
- Proficiency in Arabic and English
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Good interpersonal and time management skills
- Good analytical skills and ability to work with a large amount of data
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with different stakeholders to resolve issues in a timely and regular manner
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
