THE WORK:
- Customer Service and Disputes: Handle returns and queries from customers via phone or email, ensuring timely resolution within contractual metrics.
- Validation of Contractual Agreements: Verify agreements related to disputes and returns processes, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
- Order and Returns Management in SAP: Efficiently manage orders and returns, optimizing processes for smooth operations.
- Coordination with Internal Teams and Vendors: Collaborate with teams and vendors to improve returns and disputes procedures.
- Embrace Growth Opportunities: Continuously learn, adapt, and seek innovation to enhance skills and contribute to professional development.
Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Availability to work in a 50/50 hybrid mode in Warsaw office
- Fluent English and French (C1 level)
- Motivation and eagerness to pick up challenges
- Great communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
