About the role

To lead and manage the people, processes, and management related to HR at the GBS. The HRBP leads the change management projects and manages the HR-related internal and external communication. The HR business partner is responsible for delivering goals and targets. Takes over leadership roles in the people management area and acts as the facilitator for the management team. HRBP manages local and virtual stakeholders and supports managers of various levels of experience. The HRBP will lead a team of 3-4 people.

Key responsibilities:

  • Acting as a single point of contact for the employees and managers in their day-to-day activities.
  • Being an HR Team Leader (team of 3-4 people), providing leadership, and being a mentor of best HR practices, solutions, and processes.
  • Building a strong business relationship with the management and employees.
  • Supporting in the creation of the company culture.
  • Actively identifying gaps, proposing and implementing changes necessary to cover risks.
  • Acting as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the company.
  • Being involved in transformation and transition projects in the GBS.
  • Preparing benchmarks, reports along with analysis for the needs of the organization.
  • Supporting the Management to bring the best solutions for employees.
  • Managing difficult situations, disciplining conversations, handling stressful situations, experience in making and communicating unpopular decisions.
  • Managing the global talent cycle processes such as performance management, annual salary review, individual development plans and talent review for the GBS.
  • Managing the on-boarding, off-boarding, and exit interview processes.
  • Implementing training and development programs including talent retention and succession planning process.
  • Close cooperation with the Comp & Ben team, active involvement in the evaluation of positions, and support in the design of benefits and compensation policies.
  • Proactively supporting and implementing local and global HR policies / law requirements / processes / projects.
  • Supervising the HR administration and payroll function.
  • Proactively supporting and implementing global HR Processes and HR-related projects.
  • Creating and monitoring HR budget also workforce planning.
  • Managing the employee’s engagement/satisfaction surveys.

About you:

  • Higher degree in HRM, Labor Law, or Psychology.
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources preferably in a managerial position (HR Supervisor, HRBP).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Project Management and Change Management skills.
  • Strong Time Management and Priorities Management skills.
  • Analytical and Problem Solving skills.
  • Labor Law Knowledge skills.
  • Presentation (training) skills.
  • Knowledge of languages – English.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office Suite.
