About the role:

The person in this position is leading payroll and time management process of SSC location as well as being a point of contact in HR and payroll matters for SSC employees. The person is responsible for the administration activities related to HR and payroll topic and remuneration components, the flow of internal and external documentation. The person is leading internal and external HR and payroll audits as well as the reporting system within the company and external official offices. The person takes an active part in the implementation of the company's HR strategy, implements HR projects resulting from local and group policies, as well as looking for improvements in everyday work. The person is a back-up for HR Specialist.

Key responsibilities:

  • Keeping personnel documentation (processing, distribution and archiving of documents and personal data in accordance with the applicable provisions of the labor law). Documents delivery to an external payroll company.
  • Monitoring of working time, time schedules, holidays and sick leaves, reports (local HRIS system)
  • Contact with an external payroll company to ensure a correct payroll process.
  • Preparation of periodical reports and analyzes, KPI measurement. Collaboration with the Finance BP
  • Benefits administration: group life insurance, medical care, sport card, lunch card, PPE, ZFSS
  • Supervision of the validity of periodic medical examinations and periodic health and safety training of employees and their organization.
  • SuccessFactors (local HRIS system) data management and reports (data quality)
  • Participation in the preparation, updating of documentation and procedures and their analysis in terms of compliance with the labor code and policies of the BC group
  • Compliance with the requirements of the RODO / GIODO Act and ongoing auditing of the system. Ensuring the security and confidentiality of personal data processed.
  • Leading the internal and external HR and payroll audits
  • Creating Purchase Requisitions in the SAP system and accepting costs
  • Conducting training of managers in the field of labor law and working time
  • On Boarding and Off Boarding process permanent and temporary employees (system and documentation)
  • Global Mobility – Assignments, and Employment of foreigners
  • Contact with temp agencies and maintaining documentation of temporary employees.
  • HR project leading and design for the local needs
  • Cooperation with local polish HR teams in the field of current personnel matters
  • The point of contact for employees, People Doc management

About you:

  • Education: at least bachelor degree (Law and Administration HR, nice postgraduate HRM, Psychology)
  • Previous experience in Human Resources Payroll (2+ years in payroll recently; overall experience min. 5 years )
  • English at least at B2 level
  • Software knowledge – MS Office Suite; SuccesFactors, TETA, SAP (PR, PO, MIGO) will be an asset
  • In depth Labor Law Knowledge
  • In depth Time & Attendance Knowledge
  • Presentation (training) skills will be an asset
