HR Specialist provides a range of Human Resources services and advice within an assigned location, division or functional area. Understand, address, and ensure effective resolution of issues related to employee relations, labor relations and associated standard / regulatory compliance. Collaborates with leaders and HR centers of excellence to facilitate delivery of salary administration, benefits, payroll, performance management, employee development, records management and related processes and programs. Engages with leaders, teams and employees to address / resolve questions relating to HR, people management and related practices. Advises on local legal / policy requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Provides service delivery, advice and support for employees and managers.
- Cooperates closely with an HR Business Partner.
- In cooperation with a legal partner, takes care of matters related to the legalization of the work of Foreigners.
- Ensures compliance with local regulations and company standards.
- Works with management and HR centers of excellence to help develop and enforce affirmative action plans.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as HR Specialist / People Partner.
- Knowledge of Polish labor law.
- Good business Polish & English skills (written and spoken).
- Knowledge about the legalization of Foreigners' work is welcome, but not necessary.
