About the role:

Under the management of the Raw Material Planning Lead, the Raw Material Planner will ensure the availability of palletized raw materials & packaging within all the distribution centers in the region according to the production plan. The Raw Material Planner will also provide raw materials forecast to sourcing based on the operational and tactical production plans. Additionally, the Raw Material Planner will participate in key initiatives and projects to support continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities:

• Convert the production/capacity plan into a raw materials plan using SAP and reporting tools.
• Identify availability issues and align with relevant teams for solutions.
• Collaborate with sites to redistribute stocks in case of supply imbalances.
• Escalate unsolvable issues to the decision forum.
• Communicate ingredient purchase needs to sourcing teams for raw materials.
• Execute and follow-up on supplier call-offs for palletized goods.
• Define and maintain stock parameters in line with budget.
• Monitor and report raw materials and packaging KPIs.
• Contribute to process improvements for raw materials and packaging planning.
• Act as the supplier interface for palletized goods, addressing quality issues and non-deliveries.

About you:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Business or Engineering.
• APICS or related supply chain certification.
• Fluent in English.
• 1-3 years of experience in supply planning, purchasing, inventory management, and/or logistics.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of raw materials and packaging planning (Material Requirements Planning).
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with previous experience in SAP and Business Objects.
