About the role:
As a Lead in the Customer Service team you play a pivotal role in overseeing the coordination of all order-related activities, acting as the essential link between our company and our esteemed customers. Your responsibilities encompass ensuring seamless transactions, impeccable service, and unwavering customer satisfaction. You will lead a team of Customer Service Specialists to execute sales demand effectively, collaborating closely with the internal supply chain to ensure optimal customer experiences.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor a team of Customer Service Specialists.
- Create a high-quality work environment to motivate team performance.
- Balance team workload to ensure consistent service levels.
- Monitor data accuracy and maintenance.
- Provide on-the-job feedback and identify training needs.
- Foster positive relationships with customers and internal departments.
- Handle escalations and support improvement projects.
- Oversee order processing in the SAP system.
- Collaborate with Planning and Distribution for product availability and shipments.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints.
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years in a Customer Service role, and experinece in leading a team.
- Fluent in English, other European languages will be an asset.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry or B2B environment preferred.
- At least 5 years of SAP experience preferred. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional customer focus and effective communication skills.
