About the role:

Under the management of the Senior Planning Lead, the Planning Analyst will support the Planning community by monitoring master data quality and consistency into the systems but also by ensuring the right level of knowledge of the different tools and processes. Additionally, the Planning Analyst will participate in key initiatives and projects to support continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide the team with materials & slide deck for S&OE discussion based on plan prepared by the planning teams
  • Provide update and regular distribution of reports & KPIs
  • Monitor data and systems are up-to-date to ensure efficient planning for the operational and deployment planning teams
  • Provide support to the planning teams on processes and tools.
  • Support continuous improvement within operational planning community aiming at planning excellence.

About you:

  • Bachelor or Master degree, preferably within Business or Engineering
  • APIC or related supply chain certification
  • 2 to 3 years experience in supply planning, purchasing, inventory management, and/or logistics
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices, specifically the integrated supply planning process
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Previous experience with SAP, OMP and Business Objects
  • English fluent
  • Travel requirements: 20%
