About the role:

The HRIS Product Coordinator plays a pivotal role encompassing technical aspects, user support, and taking ownership of HRIS Performance Management and Onboarding products. This role necessitates a solid technical understanding, including proficiency in HR technology, and a commitment to delivering excellent user support. The HRIS Product Coordinator collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to advance product development, implement enhancements, and ensure that the HRIS solution aligns seamlessly with the company's overarching goals and objectives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy Development: Contribute to the development and execution of SAP SF Performance Management and Onboarding's product strategy in line with the company's long-term vision and market trends. Define the Product Strategy for the designated products.

  • Product Management Support: Collaborate with the Global HRIS Head in the product management process for SAP SF Performance Management and Onboarding. Assist in defining product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and setting product goals.

  • Technology Expertise: Stay current with the latest Performance Management and Onboarding technology trends and deeply understand HRIS systems, data integration, and analytics.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Discuss with internal stakeholders, such as HR (Talent Team, HR Operations, HRBPs) and IT, to gather insights into their needs and help facilitate alignment between product development and business objectives.

  • Requirements Gathering Assistance: Collect and document product requirements, ensuring they align with user needs and project objectives.

  • Support Product Development: Work alongside external development teams and IT to support the delivery of product features, enhancements, and bug fixes, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope.

  • Quality Assurance Support: Assist in monitoring product quality and user experience, actively participate in identifying issues, and support testing and quality assurance efforts.

  • Documentation Assistance: Under the guidance of senior team members, contribute to the creation and maintenance of product documentation, including user guides and release notes.

  • User Training Support: Develop training materials and participate in providing product training to end-users as needed.

  • User Support: Provide SAP SF user support. Serve as a knowledgeable resource for end-users, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless user experience. Advocate for user needs and feedback, collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize enhancements that enhance user satisfaction and usability.

About you:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in a related field, such as Information Technology, Business, or HR, is required.
  • Product Management Exposure: While experience is essential, exposure to or introductory expertise in product management, preferably in HRIS or related technology fields, is desired.
  • Technical Aptitude: Demonstrate a strong technical aptitude and an eagerness to learn about HRIS systems, software development processes, and data analytics.
  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in a related field, such as Information Technology, Business, or HR, is required.
