Training Specialist/Junior Training Specialist with English
We are seeking new talents to join Accenture in Cracow. In the Business Process Delivery team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with projects which provide financial and accounting services for a leading technology company renowned for its online world-known services. The training specialist will be organizing onboarding sessions for Accenture’s New Joiners and initiate mandatory meetings to present and discuss operational updates and improvements in Fandamp;A processes performed by team members daily.
What you will do:
- Design and deliver training programs, including induction, employee development, management systems, products, and desktop training.
- Plan, organize, and direct a wide range of training activities.
- Research, write, and develop training materials.
- Participate and lead meetings to determine training requirements.
- Manage the training calendar.
- Deliver training sessions by using various methods, like classroom learning and computer-aided training manuals.
- Collaborate with internal POC leads to ensure training is at the highest quality and efficiency.
- Handle all training administration.
- Evaluate training courses and materials, implement continuous improvements as needed.
- Conduct feedback sessions on training programs and make necessary adjustments.

Here's what you will need:
- Written and spoken fluency in English language (min. C1 level is required).
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Psychology, or other related field.
- Approx. 6 months at Fandamp;A process related role for the junior position.
- Min.1 year of learning and development experience in BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Shared Services environment for the specialistand#39;s role.
- Proficiency in applying adult learning principles in the design and delivery of group training at all levels.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of current and innovative training techniques.
- Strong time and project management skills.
- Influencing skills.
- Experience in financial services outsourcing is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with Google applications such as Google Slides and Google Sheets.
- Proactive and self-motivated personal attributes.
- Ability to work from the office located in Cracow in the first 3 months. Hybrid mode is offered after (3 days onsite, 2 days at home).
