As Trust & Safety Operations Manager you will lead a high-performing team to develop and implement robust Trust & Safety strategies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and maintaining the highest ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive Trust andamp; Safety strategy aligned with business objectives. Conduct risk assessments, identify potential threats, and implement proactive measures to mitigate risks.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily Trust andamp; Safety operations, including content moderation, fraud prevention, user safety, and policy enforcement. Optimise operational efficiency through process improvement and technology adoption.
- Team Management: Build, develop, and lead a high-performing Trust andamp; Safety team. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including legal, compliance, product, and law enforcement.
- Crisis Management: Effectively manage and communicate during critical incidents, minimizing impact on the business and user experience.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Leverage data analytics to identify trends, measure performance, and inform decision-making.
What you will need:
- Proven track record in leadership, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Deep understanding of online platforms and risk management principles.
- Experience in managing large-scale operations and teams, with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to articulate complex issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., law, computer science, business administration).
- Experience in Trust & Safety area and content moderation would be a great asset.
- Working in standard office hours in hybrid mode (office located in Cracow).
