HR Business Partner - 12 month FTC
Accenture is seeking an experienced Specialist, Associate Manager or Manager to join us on a 12 month FTC supporting a period of transformation for one of our largest clients.
This team will partner with business leaders to help them build their organisation and make informed people decisions based on data.
Whether coaching our clients on how to lead their teams, navigating and resolving employee relations issues or managing programs that help develop their employees, you are exceptionally focused on putting them first, and being as clear and transparent as possible to help our client understand how people decisions get made.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver dynamic consultations around a variety of People topics aligned to the People Operations Menu of Services such as such as performance enablement / performance management; team / manager / leader effectiveness; reorganizations; career development / mobility; diversity, equity and inclusion; compensation; benefits and wellbeing; and navigating transitions
- Triage inquiries and connect queries to the appropriate subject matter expert when necessary
- Contribute to the deployment of HR programs and processes for a Product Area, market or HR service line via dynamic consultations
- Actively seek opportunities to identify, recommend, and advance long-term, scalable and simplified solutions to drive continuous improvements in people processes, asking for input or buy-in from senior leaders when needed
- Identify key business/product, market and/or HR service lines that require change and activate/leverage People Experience/People Ops stakeholders and drive cross-team collaboration to improve the employee experience
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of organisation-wide HR policies, local/market legal and regulatory knowledge
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the People Operations Menu of Services and understand how to navigate the People Ops ecosystem in order to effectively service employees and managers and leaders; Lead market and/or service area specific programs and initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist or HR professional
- Experience providing consultations to the business on topics such as performance management, workplace concerns, etc
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence
- Experience coaching and mentoring others
- Client-service orientated, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Effective interpersonal, consultation, teamwork and organizational skills
