THE WORK:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by managing sales orders, processing customer claims and collecting overdue payments.
  • Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery to customers
  • Resolve customer queries and claims or complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain prices and pricing conditions according to rules and procedures
  • Process rebate reports and issue credit notes according to customer agreements
  • Continuously improve customer experience through effective communication and problem solving skills
  • Ensure update and maintenance of country Desktop Procedures, Supporting Documents and Standard Operating Procedures

The work location for this role includes a mix of working remotely and in an Accenture office (50/50 hybrid model).

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Fluent Greek and English (min C1)
  • Solid customer service experience, preferably in the health sector (min. 1 year)
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Structured person with the ability to prioritize and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Knowledge of the SAP SD module.
  • Advanced knowledge of the MS Office package
