THE WORK

• Preparation and posting of journal entries
• Performing Fixed Asset Accounting processes
• Supporting general ledger reconciliation, intercompany reconciliation, and bank reconciliation process
• Preparation of reports
• Ensuring close process is completed in an accurate and timely manner
• Managing the preparation of all compliance documentation as defined by the client
• Supporting audit process per request
• Supporting Team and Team Lead in other daily tasks.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED ​

• Fluent English.
• Very good knowledge of one of the languages: German, French or Italian.
• Knowledge of MS Office mainly Excel.
• Finance Accounting background.
• Flexibility, especially in the period of month year end closing.
• Ability to work analytically within a problem solving environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, multi tasking and time management skills.
