Responsibilities

• Supply Chain Associate is responsible for the development & execution of supply plans supporting multiple promotional, new, core food, and packaging initiatives. This includes feasibility planning, planning & analysis, communication, and post analysis of assigned projects & categories.
• Oversees and owns executional responsibility for optimizing inventory across the supply chain network in accordance with target service levels for the allocated portfolio while minimizing costs
• Ensures the right amount of product is in the right place, at the right time, at the lowest cost
• Responsible to support assigned projects, timelines, & team deliverables to meet customer objectives and milestones
• Develops production, distribution, and inventory management plans in support of promotional and core items
• Conducts promotional capacity analyses and financial risk assessments to identify potential constraints and/or exposure and create recommended contingency plans to mitigate or minimize risk
• Monitors performance of the plans, makes recommendations for improvements and conducts root cause analysis of issues to drive continuous improvement
• Reviews all supplier and DC shipment forecasts and identifies potential issues
• Conducts root cause analysis on all planning/program exceptions. Identifies gaps and issues and work with stakeholders to resolve.
• Tracks and manages compliance against plans and makes recommendations on corrective actions
• Works with cross functional teams to adjust shipment plans (BOM changes, Line of supply changes, safety stock and YCF ajustments, etc.)

Desired skils and experience

• Experience in Supply Chain Planning is advantageous
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency level B2 minimum)
• Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, balance priorities effectively, and adapt to ambiguity
• Familiarity with Oracle, JDA, SAP, Kinaxis or similar supply planning tools is a plus
