Order to Cash Junior Specialist with German (She/He/They)
THE WORK:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by managing sales orders, processing customer claims and collecting overdue payments. This is an end to end role and ensures development throughout O2C operations. Previous experience within O2C area is an asset.
- Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery to customers
- Resolve customer queries and claims or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collect overdues and resolve financial disputes
- Maintain prices and pricing conditions according to rules and procedures
- Process rebate reports and issue credit notes according to customer agreements
- Continuously improve customer experience through effective communication and problem solving skills
- Ensure update and maintenance of country Desktop Procedures, Supporting Documents and Standard Operating Procedures
- Adhere to SLA and KPI targets
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Fluent English and German
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a group
- Positive attitude

- Knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge of any kind of ticketing tools such as SSF, ServiceNow or Saleforce
