What will you do:

  • Provide quality, accurate, reasonable and on-time service, ensures due dates and deadlines are met
  • Monitor order management process and looks for potential improvements
  • Establish and build relationships with customers and internal Sales team
  • Manage regular collaboration calls and business reviews providing update on operational performance
  • Work with Inventory Management and Planning team to ensure optimal allocation of supply
  • Proactively escalate issues to the responsible stakeholders
  • Deliver trainings on tools and processes to customer
  • Ensure flawless execution of launch activities
  • Provide data driven inputs to process stakeholders

What do we expect:

  • Fluent in English and Italian (Italian language C1 level)
  • MS Office skills Excel at minimum intermediate level, Power Point
  • Experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain area
  • Ability to work analytically in a problem solving environment
  • Flexibility and availability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication written and oral and interpersonal skills
