Requirements
  • communicative English (minimum B2),
  • proficiency in Czech at a fluent level (C1) - mandatory,
  • proficiency in one of the following languages at a fluent level (C1): German, Bulgarian, or Croatian - mandatory,
  • enthusiastic and communicative approach,
  • willingness to embrace new challenges and opportunities,
  • strong teamwork skills with a focus on internal and external customers.
Responsibilities
  • handle and respond to business inquiries and incoming calls efficiently,
  • address customer questions related to products, promotions, orders, invoices, payments, returns, online platforms, incentives, and terms and conditions using available resources,
  • process customer requests and ensure data accuracy by updating our database regularly,
  • keep detailed records of all customer interactions in our ticketing system,
  • support the deployment and adoption of new IT solutions within the team,
  • develop and propose innovative ideas aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and experience,
  • collaborate with and support team members to help them build their skills and capabilities,
  • engage in cross-departmental projects, contributing beyond the scope of regular duties.
