Requirements

• proficiency in English and a good command of Italian,
• a bachelor's degree or a minimum of 2 years of experience in business, finance, accounting, economics, or a similar field,
• a strong desire to learn and advance your career within the Finance Department,
• solid computer skills, particularly in MS Office,
• familiarity with VBA/PowerBI or SAP systems will be advantageous,
• capability to perform well under pressure,
• effective communication skills and a readiness to work in a multinational setting,
• willingness to manage processes and drive improvements independently after completing the knowledge-sharing and onboarding process.

Responsibilities

• offer daily support to the sales team and divisional finance,
• execute, plan, and monitor pricing processes,
• support in the setup and settlement of rebate agreements,
• review and oversee pricing policies,
• participate in various process improvement initiatives,
• provide instructions to shared services teams regarding execution,
• maintain and manage master data,
• consolidate data for reporting and projects,
• administer contracts and maintain the customer contract database.
