Your responsibilities will involve:
✅ Training new and present employees;
✅ Implementation of customer service agent training programs;
✅ Working with unique, project-specific materials about both process and product;
✅ Monitoring performance and coaching agents to help them achieve their full potential.
What we expect from you:
🌍 Language: Have an amazing command of English (C1 or Native);
💼 Experience: Previous experience in a Couch/Trainer role is a must;

Work Conditions:
📜 Type of Employment: Employment contract;
🏢 Work in Our Modern Office: Located in Warsaw's Mokotów;
🕒 Work Hours: Full-time, 5 days a week from Monday to Friday;
⏰Shift Hours: 8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
