Customer Support Agent with Czech/Slovak

Main Responsibilities:
- Communication with customers through online chats, e-mails.
- Maintain prompt and empathetic attitude toward customers.
- Acknowledge and resolve customers’ complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so you can answer the questions.
- Ensure satisfaction of the customer and provide professional support for customers.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Czech/Slovak and English.
- Proactive attitude with a knack for customer support and sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a support role is advantageous.
- Ability to work on shifts (day, late evening shifts, or night).
