Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and professional customer service via phone, chat, and email.
• Resolve customer inquiries regarding bookings, flight changes, baggage, and other travel information.
• Analyze customer complaints and seek satisfactory solutions.

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of Italian (spoken and written).
• Very good knowledge of English or Polish.
• Availability at least 120 hours a month
• Good communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work shifts and weekends.
