Claims Management Associate with Spanish (He/She/They)
As a Claims Management Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by processing customer claims, review and analyza disputes. Previous experience within Customer Service area is an asset.
- prepare standard and ad hoc reports and analyses
- process disputes in bulk/ single
- conduct professional email and oral communication with internal and external stakeholders
- provide insight on process gaps and suggest mitigation actions and improvements
- attend operational calls
- ensure timely completion of all required deliverables
- collaborate effectively with other departments

- Dilligency and Attention to details
- Pro active approach
- Fluent in speaking writing
- Language fluency B2 C1 C2
- Responsible and with good time management skills
- Goal oriented and resistant to time pressure
- Motivated and eager to pick up challenges

- Knowledge of SAP, workflow
- Knowledge of any kind of ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or others
