Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop a team of collectors to ensure that agreed targets are met and a high quality of service is maintained
• Identify, escalate and resolve complex issues related to disputes, tax regulations and regional political or economic developments
• Lead communication with important stakeholders of our key customers, during conference calls and in writing
• Control KMs and SLAs
• Establish and maintain strong business partnership with the Client’s Finance team
• Forecasting and reporting activities
• Manage capacity of the team

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the OTC area is a must
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills with proven ability to strategize solutions
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office package (especially MS Excel)
• Previous experience in managing a team will be a strong asset
• Fluent in written and oral English and French (C1)
