THE WORK

• Overlook RTR process activities as per agreed metrics for DACH, Southern Europe, Benelux Middle East.
• Identify, develop and coach team members towards effective performance and objectives realization.
• Create and maintain a positive work environment.
• Work closely with process owners and ensure all financial accounting activities are executed effectively and efficiently with appropriate controls and end to end view.
• Maintain project documentation.
• Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• At least 3 years experience working in RTR team
• Prior experience as RTR Team Leader or RTR Team Leader s backup
• Passion for Accounting
• Great communication skills in English. German is nice to have
• Ability to manage calls with various client stakeholders
• Transition experience
• Proactiveness, improvement driver, problem solver
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
• General experience with ERP systems used in a multinational environment, preferably SAP
