THE WORK:
- Data Preparation and Reporting - Preparing, reviewing, and distributing internal performance reports in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with mandated and regulatory timeframes.
- Performance Analysis - Interpreting and analyzing performance data, with a focus on Fixed Income, Multi-Assets, and Alternatives products, to provide actionable insights.
- Stakeholder Support - Supporting the Front Office, Client Group, and Marketing andamp; Sales teams with portfolio analysis, responding to ad hoc performance-related queries, and delivering high-quality insights.
- Process and Collaboration - Keeping procedures up to date, collaborating with global colleagues for cross-training and synergies, and assisting in various team initiatives to increase efficiencies.
- Innovation and Project Work - Contributing to team projects, onboarding new clients, and developing innovative ideas to enhance processes and overall operational efficiency.
The work location for this role includes a mix of working remotely and in an Accenture office (50/50 hybrid model).

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Educational Background and Qualifications - A degree in a numerate discipline is highly desirable, along with 1–3 years of experience in asset management. Industry qualifications such as IMC, CIPM, CFA, or a commitment to studying towards them are advantageous.
- Technical Knowledge and Skills - Solid understanding of asset management, funds, and reporting, with advanced Excel skills (macros, formatting, Power Query Editor) and basic knowledge of Tableau. Familiarity with MorningStar is a plus.
- Analytical and Numerical Aptitude - Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data effectively and ensure accuracy in performance analysis and reporting.
- Language and Communication - Fluency in English (oral and written) with excellent communication and presentation skills to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Competencies and Work Ethic - High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and a proactive, flexible approach. A client-focused mindset and teamwork ability are essential.
