Requirements
- fluency in Dutch and English (minimum C1 level),
- 3-4 years of experience in accounting, ideally in GL or RtR roles,
- good knowledge of Excel and SAP,
- experience in a production environment is a bonus but not required,
- understanding of Dutch tax regulations is nice to have but not essential.
Responsibilities
- prepare annual financial statements for production entities in the Netherlands and work closely with external auditors,
- review and coordinate accounting activities performed by other GBS teams, ensuring accuracy and compliance,
- perform month-end closing activities, including reviewing accounts and making adjustments,
- analyse, reconcile, and control general ledger accounts and cost centres,
- assist with internal controls and compliance with regulations, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX),
- collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address issues and support projects.
