Requirements

• prior experience in collections, financial customer service (or relevant),
• proficiency in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level),
• practical experience with SAP is an asset,
• willingness to develop in the area of finance,
• strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• analyzing aging reports and monitoring customer accounts to spot overdue payments,
• reaching out to customers through phone, email, or letters to notify them of overdue balances and explore payment solutions,
• maintaining detailed records of all customer communications, payment arrangements, and updates within the accounting system,
• investigating and resolving any billing issues or discrepancies that could delay payments.
