The work:

• Support the evaluation and testing of corporate financial processes and products.
• Conduct analysis, provide ongoing feedback, document issues, and monitor the resolution process.
• Contribute to risk assessments associated with the designated processes.
• Seek guidance and escalate matters when confronted with tasks or issues beyond the defined scope.
• Execute operational process activities in accordance with set service level agreements.
• Engage in regular client and internal meetings to ensure alignment and progress.

Flexible:

The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances. After the training period, possibility of working in hybrid mode from the office located in Cracow until further notice (3 days in the office, 2 days at home).

Here's what you will need:

• Fluent English, min. B2 level required (both written and spoken).
• Experience in BPO Industry, Back Office Operations, Training, Project Management or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• High attention to details.
• Availability to work afternoon shift: 11:00 AM - 7 PM (Monday-Friday).

Bonus points if you have:

• Prior experience in process documentation within operational environment.
• Familiarity with start up type volatility in process and systems.
