Requirements

• at least 10 years of experience in a controlling or finance role within a manufacturing environment,
• experience preferably with international exposure,
• strong understanding of cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting,
• knowledge in ERP, SAP is highly preferred,
• fluent knowledge of English and German language is a must,
• excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders,
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills and can-do approach.

Responsibilities

• provide financial leadership and business partnering to ensure efficient cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance,
• collaborate with the Site Management in Germany and other departments to optimize financial performance and drive operational improvements,
• coordinate the annual budget in collaboration with the Site Managers and European Finance Director,
• analyze profitability by product line and production process,
• identify cost reduction opportunities and promote continuous improvement initiatives,
• work closely with the manufacturing, operations, and supply chain teams to align financial goals with operational objectives,
• communicate financial performance and forecasts to the Site Management, share best practices and address challenges.
