Location & commitments:

Your IMPACT:

  • Manage Learning & Development activities for the employees based in Italy and Spain
  • Coordinate logistics and administration of training sessions
  • Communicate with employees, trainers, external vendors, and other actors (HRBPs, managers, procurement teams etc.)
  • Cooperate closely with stakeholders responsible for the training offer
  • Participate in activities related to finance management (managing purchase requests, cost charge activities according to the local procedures)
  • Ensuring correct data input in the learning system, process documentation and knowledge base
  • Support employees in their queries related to learning and answer questions
  • Prepare reports and analysis of learning data
  • Deploy learning projects and programs

Your Profile:

  • Excellent command of spoken and written Italian and English (any other European language is a plus)
  • Good command of spoken and written Spanish
  • Interest and knowledge in Learning or HR Services
  • Pro-active attitude
  • Attention to details and problem-solving skills
  • Good organization and ability to prioritize
  • Good command of MS Office
  • Customer oriented approach (Experience in SSC/BPO organization will be a huge asset)
