As an Inside Sales Lead, you will be responsible for guiding and nurturing the sales representatives that will be working with DIS Sales team. The team leads the sales motion which identifies up-sell opportunities from our established customer base andamp; will be responsible for achieving sales revenue targets through outbound outreach to leads, pitching the value proposition of our products to increase business adoption, and maintaining and growing those clients.
Will also be responsible for developing and overseeing a smooth, effective sales process to enable the growth for the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Coach, manage, and develop the next generation of sales leaders
- Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and client to ensure proper operations of the organization
- Drives sales team performance by directly managing Digital Inside Sales sellers and setting KPI targets
- Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s internal capacity
- Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed
- Track and maintain attendance to ensure sales targets are met. Punctuality is a key requirement
- Present a positive, effective and flexible contribution to achieving team targets and objectives.
- Lead team meetings/Huddles
- Manage Escalations/ RCA
- Ensure all SLA’s and KPIs are met
- Execute sales analysis, prepare sales reports and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products
- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
Key requirements:
- Keen interest in sales and marketing skills: Inside Sales/ Sales experience required
- Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listening skills
- Innovative and analytical to help provide vital insights to client/customers to engineering
- Adaptable and can execute quickly on changing program requirements with flawless execution
- Client/Management Engagement - Regular interactions to discuss account progress andamp; performance
- 4+ years software selling experience, Managing Teams and proven experience delivering KPIs
- Successful track record working closely with sales leadership and guiding sales teams to effectively sell a solution with a different selling motion and value proposition.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written and presentation skills.
- Highly proficient computer skills including MS Office and Power BI
- Flexible and quick learner, able to adapt to continuously evolving needs to help clients grow their business
- Language(s) Required: German and English - minimum level C1 required.
- Relevant software industry experience in any of the following: IT systems, enterprise or infrastructure management, application development and management, security, and/or analytics.
- Use CRM systems extensively (Preferably Dynamics 365).
