What you will do:

• Perform reconciliation of supplierand#39;s outstanding statement and accounts payable open invoices.
• Monitor the payables and unreconciled payment lines while also reconciling aged debit and credit items.
• Book invoices in various tools.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Perform internal audit on processed invoices and make manual corrections.
• Assist Clients with queries received by email or phone call.
• Maintain regular relationship with both suppliers and Clients.

• Fluency in English (min. B2 level is required).
