Requirements
- previous experience in an administrative or sales support role, preferably within a shared service center environment,
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities,
- excellent communication skills in English and German (min. B2),
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
- knowledge of SAP, PowerPlatform, SharePoint, and PowerBI is a plus,
- detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team,
- strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Responsibilities
- provide comprehensive administrative support to the field sales teams by preparing and processing quotes efficiently,
- maintain and update all sales documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance,
- independently manage requests from the sales team within a shared mailbox,
- identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development and implementation of new procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
