Join us as a Senior Associate – Accounts Payable and become part of a team that values precision, continuous improvement, and customer focus.

As a Senior AP Associate, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing across multiple global entities and ERP systems. You’ll be trusted to:

  • Process and post invoices in line with global standards and country-specific guidelines
  • Validate inputs, apply correct tax codes (VAT, WHT), and ensure accuracy to avoid rework
  • Respond to vendor queries and unblock invoices efficiently and professionally
  • Maintain compliance with SOX and internal controls
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and drive efficiencies
  • Manage high volumes—up to 1000 invoices monthly using SAP EP Blueprint.

What Makes You a Great Fit

We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to excellence. You bring:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (or relevant experience)
  • Knowledge of financial accounting principles and exposure to ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office and fast, accurate data input skills
