As a Senior Master Data Specialist at Diebold Nixdorf's Global Business Services (GBS) Warsaw Delivery Center, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the end-to-end Master Data process. This position is ideal for candidates with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and a strong interest in business administration or finance. You will be responsible for handling various aspects of the Master Data process, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilties

• Create and maintain various types of master data in SAP ERP
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports
• Review and resolve master data inquiries
• Respond to inquiries from business and customers
• Ensure compliance with the Group’s controls, policies and procedures
• Address complex and business critical topics within the master data process
• Support internal and external audit in relation to master data process
• Continuously look to identify areas in the master data process that can be improved and standardized to drive efficiency
• Serve as a mentor for junior level staff and coach as needed
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

• University degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a related field
• A minimum of three years’ of relevant experience in shared service operations
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English; good knowledge of any other major EMEA language (i.e. German, French) would be an advantage
• Sound knowledge of SAP ERP. Experience with Oracle would be an advantage
• Sound knowledge of MS Office package, especially MS Excel. Experience with Alteryx would be an advantage
• Ability to work with large datasets
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and independently
• Willingness to adapt to changing processes and learn new tools and systems
• Effective time management in order to meet deadlines
