Sales Development Rep Associate with Spanish
Responsibilities
- Identify and contact existing Microsoft cloud customers who are eligible for the cloud customer success motion
- Qualify customers based on their cloud usage, satisfaction, and business goals
- Build rapport and trust with customers and educate them on the value and benefits of the cloud customer success motion
- Schedule discovery calls and demos for the cloud customer success managers
- Track and update customer information and activities in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the cloud customer success managers and other internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and seamless customer journey
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and opportunities
Qualifications:
- up to 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the cloud or software industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer focus and problem solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- AZ 900 Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification or equivalent
- Fluent English and Spanish
